- TIME: 9:00 am – 10:30 am (90 minute spin)
- COST: $80 for all 8 sessions or $15 drop in fee/session
Coach Tammy will be leading these fantastic 90 minute workouts at uThrive Fitness. If you’re not on your bike spinning yet, this is a great way to prepare for spring when we’re back out on the road and get into shape for racing. It’s good to set your goals early and give your body time to ease back into it!
After each spin there will be a 15-20 minute run for those interested in doing a brick workout.
Make sure you bring your bikes, trainers, skewers, and heart rate monitors. Tammy does have a few spare trainers, but please check before the session if they are available for use.
If you do not pay for the full package up front you can pay the drop-in fee by using your prepaid workout cards .
