Winter Spin Sessions – Jan 06, 2018

  • WHEN: Every Saturday, Jan 06 to Feb 24 (8 sessions)
  • TIME: 9:00 am – 10:30 am (90 minute spin)
  • COST: $80 for all 8 sessions or $15 drop in fee/session

Coach Tammy will be leading these fantastic 90 minute workouts at uThrive Fitness. If you’re not on your bike spinning yet, this is a great way to prepare for spring when we’re back out on the road and get into shape for racing. It’s good to set your goals early and give your body time to ease back into it!

After each spin there will be a 15-20 minute run for those interested in doing a brick workout.

Make sure you bring your bikes, trainers, skewers, and heart rate monitors.  Tammy does have a few spare trainers, but please check before the session if they are available for use.

If you do not pay for the full package up front you can pay the drop-in fee by using your prepaid workout cards .

  • Wednesday 06:00 to 07:00
  • Sunday 08:00 to 09:15

COST:

  • Wednesday Only:  12 swims for $102.00
  • Sundays Only:   11 swims for $93.50
  • Full Session: 23 swims for $ 195.50

What better way to start 2018 than by joining us and Coach Tammy Huguet as she helps us work on all aspects of our swim.

REMEMBER: Sundays after the swim there is a group run directly from the swimming pool. Different run distances can be accommodated. This is a great chance to get in a brick workout and have fun at the same time.  Check our Facebook page for any last minute details.
