Coaching Philosophy

I believe every one can be an athlete depending on the amount of effort each person wishes to apply.  Athletes of all ages are entitled to  compassionate knowledgeable coaching...I believe we need to set goals and strive towards them, and it is the process rather than the destination that is important...the friendships and camaraderie while athletes and coaches work at achieving these goals along with the social aspects of group workouts are an integral part of the process.

Coaching Philosophy

To assist others achieve success, one has to recognize that success means different things to different people.  A good coach is a good listener who capitalizes on the opportunities that present to help move people forward to achieving their own successes.  Coaching, as with many things, is a constant evolution of skills that are gained through individual relationships with athletes, the more athletes with whom one works, the greater the range of experiences to draw from.
