Peninsula Multisport is a triathlon club for every athlete. 

 

From beginners interested in training for their first event to seasoned athletes looking for like-minded people to train, socialize and race with.

 

We offer programming for all distances - Sprints, Olympic, Half Ironman & Ironman. ALL levels of athletes are welcome.

 

Workouts

Workout Schedules & Plans:

Every athlete has different goals and available time in their lives. This means we will each have a slightly different workout plan that accomodates our life and other time commitments.  PMC has several NCCP coaches that would be willing to talk with you and make suggestions for a weekly workout plan.  If you are looking for a custome and detailed plan, we know several Triathlon coaches that do paid programs and planning.

Below is a generic example of a weekly plan structured around the PMC swims that happen on Wednesdays and Sundays, including  spin/outdoor bike rides - this is only an example and will depend on your level of fitness and what type of event you are training for.

PMC has a great group of NCCP qualified coaches that are willing to help you put together a basic training plan that can get you started working towards your goals.  

We can also put you in touch with local Triathlon trainers that can create detailed day-to-day training plans that get very specific - these are external services that have fees.
