- Non-coached workout day
- Spend this day spinning or riding outside

Thursday: Swim (DIY) / Run (Coached)
- Please visit the member section (after logging in) to see the weekly coach prepared swim workout. Our head coach will prepare a detailed workout you can take to the pool of your choice.
- Run: A coached run session. Details will be provided weekly for the location and specifics of what we will be doing.

Friday: Optional DIY Swim - Long course @ Surrey Sport and Liesure

Saturday: Bike (LSD) 1.5 - 2 hours
- Group ride on nice days or spinning on your trainer
- Quite often there will be a group of our athletes spinning together. Please contact your PMC excecutive members for getting details of when and where.

Sunday: Swim @ South Surrey Pool - 7:00 am
- Coached 60 minute swim workout
Run - LSD (after swim)
- Join other members as they run various distances after our morning swim workout. Some choose to run in the area around South Surrey Pool, or join with the Running Room group at the South Surrey store location, or join with different groups running at a variety of locations/trails in the Surrey area for some variety.
