Peninsula Multisport is a triathlon club for every athlete. 

 

From beginners interested in training for their first event to seasoned athletes looking for like-minded people to train, socialize and race with.

 

We offer programming for all distances - Sprints, Olympic, Half Ironman & Ironman. ALL levels of athletes are welcome.

 

Winter Spin Sessions starting this Saturday – January 6th, 2018

    • WHEN: Starting Saturday January 6 and every Saturday through to February 24 (8 sessions)
    • TIME: 9:00 am – 10:45 am (90 minute spin, followed by 15-20 minute run)
    • COST: $80 for all 8 sessions ($15 drop in fee/session if you don’t pay for the package)

The holiday season is close to being finished, which means it is time to start back into our indoor spin sessions.  Coach Tammy will be leading these fantastic 90 minute workouts at uThrive Gym. If you’re not on your bike spinning yet, this is a great way to prepare for spring when we’re back out on the road and get into shape for racing. It’s good to set your goals early and give your body time to ease back into it! After each spin there will be a 15-20 minute run for those interested in doing a brick workout.

Make sure you bring your bikes, trainers, skewers, and heart rate monitors.  Tammy does have a few spare trainers, but please check before the session if they are available for use that night. If you do not pay for the full package up front you can pay the drop-in fee with cash or by using your prepaid workout cards.
