Peninsula Multisport is a triathlon club for every athlete. 


From beginners interested in training for their first event to seasoned athletes looking for like-minded people to train, socialize and race with.


We offer programming for all distances - Sprints, Olympic, Half Ironman & Ironman. ALL levels of athletes are welcome.

Eat2Run Clinic with Sarah Cuff - Jan 28, 2017 @ 1:00 pm

Join Sarah Cuff and your fellow PMC athletes for a special 3 hour workshop as she helps us figure out what and how to eat for energy, running performance, injury-prevention and racing weight. You’ll get tips, strategies and the latest in nutrition research, as well as yummy recipes to help you build a stronger body and run fast.

The next coached swim session will begin Wednesday, January 4, 2017 @ 6 am, at the Grandview Heights Aquatic Centre.

The new year will have just begun - what better way to start 2017 than to joining us and Coach Gord Robertson as he helps us work on all aspects of our swim.  



  • Wednesdays Only - start time 6:00 am – 7:00 am: 13 swims for $110.50 (Jan 4 - March 29)
  • Sundays Only - start time 7:00 am – 8:15 am:   12 swims for $102.00 (Jan 8 - March 26)
  • Wednesday and Sunday: 25 swims for $ 212.50

Winter Spin Training with Coach Barb Morris - Begins Jan 7, 2017


The New Year is quickly approaching and Barb will be starting our winter session of indoor sessions on Saturday January 7. This is not your “community centre” spin class. Barb focusses on proper cycling form, strength and endurance in each 90-minute session.

WHEN: Starting Saturday January 7 and every 2nd Saturday in Tammy’s gym through March 18 (six sessions) - the last session may be an outdoor ride
