Peninsula Multisport is a triathlon club for every athlete. 


From beginners interested in training for their first event to seasoned athletes looking for like-minded people to train, socialize and race with.


We offer programming for all distances - Sprints, Olympic, Half Ironman & Ironman. ALL levels of athletes are welcome.

Spring 2014 Swim Session - Starts April 6, 2014

Spring has sprung and many of us are looking forward to the triathlon season quickly approaching.  Sign up now to start preparing for your 2014 races and improve your swim with coach Gord Robertson. Sessions will begin Sunday, April 6th at the South Surrey Indoor Pool and continue until July 29.


Sundays Only - start time 7:00 am - 8:15 am:  17 swims for $136.00 (April 6 - June 29)

Tuesdays Only - start time 6:00 am - 7:00 am: 16 swims for $128.00 (April 8 - June 24)

Sunday and Tuesday: 33 swims for $253.00 

Bike Clinic with Barb Morris - April 5, 2014

PMC will be hosting a bike clinic with retired pro-cyclist Barb Morris for a 3 hour clinic!

When: Saturday, April 5th, 2014

Time: 9:00 am - 12:00 pm

Where: 192nd Street & 28th Avenue, Surrey.

Barb will be covering the following topics:

  • Efficient riding: pedal stroke, (aero) position - Fast without fatigue
  • Drills: OLP, suppleness
  • Technique: hill climbing, cornering, cornering downhill - Fearless biking

There will be a question and answer coffee post ride at Wired Monk. 

Free for PMC members and $10.00 for non PMC.

Chi Running Intro - by Angela James - 2 hour workshop

We are very excited to offer a 2 hour workshop on Chi Running to all PMC members, friends and family.  The workshop will be an introduction to Chi Running lead by Anjela James, Vancouver's first Certified Chi Running/ChiWalking Instructor.

Need some inspiration with  Running?

Training for  an event, or simply want to get in shape .

Certified chirunning instructor Angela James will help you discover how to use proper body mechanics, while relaxing the muscles and ligaments as you move.

ChiRunning/Walking combines the inner focus & flow of T’Chi with modern physics to create revolutionary techniques for both running & walking.

Pain is reduced & there is an increase in joy, focus & mental clarity. 

You will learn Core-Strengthening, Body Sensing, Energy Conservation & Injury Prevention.

Cost: $25 for PMC members, $35 for non-members 

Everyone is welcome, no experience necessary.
