Peninsula Multisport is a triathlon club for every athlete. 


From beginners interested in training for their first event to seasoned athletes looking for like-minded people to train, socialize and race with.


We offer programming for all distances - Sprints, Olympic, Half Ironman & Ironman. ALL levels of athletes are welcome.

May 10, 2014: Eat2Run Sports Nutrition Workshop

Presenter: Sarah J Cuff, RHN, PTS * Sports Nutritionist & Coach


When: Saturday May 10, 2014
Time: 1:00 pm - 3:30 pm (2.5 hours)

Cost: $20/per person

Workshop Goals:

    1. Ensure athletes gain a working knowledge of what to eat in order to best fuel their everyday training, boost energy levels and optimize their overall health.
    2. Discuss the importance of ‘nutrient-timing’ and how best to eat immediately before, during and after each workout.
    3. Learn the importance behind carb-loading for race day, and how to fuel properly for peak performance on race day.
    4. Leave each athlete with a ‘toolkit’ including handouts, recipes, meal-planner, grocery list and The Top 20 Triathletes Superfoods handout.
    5. Experience how healthy, clean eating can be quick and simple through 2 cooking demo’s; and athletes create their own take-home snack packs (3 stations).

Spring Track Session with Coach Kevin Hehr - Free Introduction

Time to get out to the RUNNING OVAL at South Surrey Athletic Park.  Coach Kevin from Ivanco Fitness offers a free introduction session where you will do a 1600m baseline run on the track to help set individual goals for each runner to help them improve their running form, speed and efficiency which will lead to improving your overall run times.

When: Starts April 29 and continues for 10 weeks total

Time: 6:30 pm

Where: South Surrey Athletic Park @ the running oval

Track training will be on Tuesday nights at 6:30 pm, and will be at the South Surrey Athletic Park. The series will start on the 29th of April, and will run for 10 weeks. The first session is complimentary, so come on out and bring whomever you feel may by interested in formal running coaching.
